Complementing Annata’s expansion plans and solidifying the company’s footprint in the European region, the acquisition will enable Annata to penetrate an even larger market and expand its already established portfolio of 150 global brands in the automotive and equipment industries. The strategic location and time zone of the Hungarian office will provide a strong platform for increased global delivery capacity.
With Biztup’s business intelligence offering and vertical industry expertise, the acquisition will stimulate Annata’s extensive industry proficiency and create significant growth opportunities as the company continuously strives to advance its product capabilities.
The acquisition will enable Annata to support more European businesses in dealing with industry challenges, aside from transforming their existing operations and processes to adapt to and embrace new opportunities through unified cloud-based business solutions.
