The Chilean subsidiary of the French automotive manufacturer, Citroen was looking for a digital business management solution that could keep up with future growth and changes.
With the objective to optimize its sales and after-sales and supporting services, Citroen Chile chose to implement A365 with assistance from support partner Congroup that allowed them to carry out internal and external processes digitally, with the necessary documents, data, and all history stored online and in the cloud.
